Berlin, 11 April 2013 – Taking place for the twelfth time, this year’s International Trade Fair for Renewable Energy and Energy-Efficient Technology will be taking place as an independent trade fair in the display halls on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. “The relaunch of SolarEnergy in 2013 has proved a success“, said Rainer Heinzel of the organisers ProFair Consult + Project GmbH. “It is open exclusively to trade visitors. Besides craftsmen from the local region we are expecting mainly investors and industry members from all parts of Europe.“ From 23 to 25 April SolarEnergy will provide international trade visitors with an overview of the entire range of renewable energy products and also offer an opportunity for representatives of all sectors to exchange their experiences.
SolarEnergy has been held in Berlin since 1998 and become a pioneering technology trade fair for the renewable energy industry. More than 300 exhibitors from Germany and abroad will be showcasing their latest systems and providing information on innovative energy-saving solutions in Halls 19 and 20 on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. Every sector of the renewable energy market will be on show. They include suppliers of photovoltaics, solar heating, geothermics, combined heat and power stations, small wind turbines, biomass and biogas, as well as energy-saving technology. “We look forward to welcoming a large number of solar panel producers from Asia this year in Berlin“, said Heinzel.
The trade fair partnering SolarEnergy is BioGasWorld, equally an international event and taking place at the same time in the halls next door. Its main audience is investors from the farming sector. A combined ticket is valid for admission to both fairs. Tickets to SolarEnergy and BioGasWorld are also valid for admission to Wasser Berlin International, the parallel event in Halls 1.2 to 6.2. A free shuttle service will be available to transport visitors from Solar Energy, BioGasWorld to Wasser Berlin International.
